How Huduma Mtandao works
Huduma Mtandao gathers Tanzanian government and public services in one place. For each service we explain what it does and link you to the official portal, so you do not have to hunt for the right website.
Account problems
If you cannot sign in, use the password reset link on the login page. Reset codes are sent to the email address on your account, so check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
Payments and Premium
Premium costs TZS 3,000 per month and is paid with mobile money. If a payment is deducted but Premium does not activate, contact us with the transaction reference and we will resolve it.

Deleting your account
You can request permanent deletion of your account and data at any time from our account deletion page.
