What information Huduma Mtandao collects, how it is used, and how you can have it deleted.
Information we collect
When you create an account we store your name, email address and phone number. When you use a service we record that it was opened, so we can show you what you use most. Payment records are stored when you subscribe to Premium.
How we use it
Your information is used to run your account, process payments, provide support and improve which services we show you. We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising
Free accounts see advertising supplied by Google AdSense, which may use cookies to show more relevant ads. Premium accounts see no advertising.
Third party services
When you open a government service we link you to that institution's official website. Once you leave Huduma Mtandao, that institution's own privacy policy applies to what you do there.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account exists. You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time, and it will be removed within 30 days.
