Using the service

Huduma Mtandao gives you information about, and links to, Tanzanian public services. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt or misuse the platform.

We are not the government

Huduma Mtandao is an independent platform. We are not a government body and we do not process government applications ourselves. Applications, approvals, fees and decisions belong to the relevant institution.

Accuracy

We work to keep service descriptions and links correct, but procedures and fees change. Always confirm details on the official institution website before acting.

Premium subscriptions

Premium is billed monthly at TZS 3,000 and unlocks premium services and removes advertising. It continues until you stop renewing.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out on your account.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continuing to use Huduma Mtandao after an update means you accept the revised terms.
